Staff Excellence and Recognition: DDSB One of Forbes Canada's Top Employers

Durham District School Board has once again been selected by Forbes Canada as one of Canada’s best employers. We believe this acknowledgement by Forbes is a reflection of the quality of the staff we have at the DDSB. We would like to thank our staff for what they do to make DDSB a positive place for others and are humbled by the positive responses so many staff members gave about how it feels to be a DDSB staff member.

Canada’s Best Employers 2023 was created through a survey of 12,000 Canadians who work at companies and institutions with at least 500 employees. Participants were asked to rate how likely they were to recommend their current employer and could recommend employers other than their own.
